Where is the Marlton Location located?

The Marlton location is located off of Main street in Marlton. Before your lesson, you will receive the exact address and instructions on where to park!

What is your policy on cancellations?

If a client cancels an appointment with OVER 24 hours notice, there will be no fee.

If a client cancels within 24 hours of an appointment, a charge of 50% of your lesson balance will be incurred. *

In the event of a no call, no show, the full amount of the lesson will be owed.
*Exceptions can be made due to illness, injury, or personal matters.
Our instructors depend on their daily assigned lessons, as they are compensated hourly. Failing to attend a lesson not only disrupts their schedule but also incurs expenses for travel time and gas. If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson, we are unable to fill that spot with another student, resulting in a wasted time slot.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We understand that unpredictable weather conditions can affect plans. Therefore, we do not impose a cancellation fee for weather-related circumstances*.
*Non-swimmable weather, such as rain and/or thunder and lightning, constitutes grounds for cancellation. However, a cloudy day does not warrant cancellation.
If a lesson needs to be canceled due to weather, our instructors will make every effort to reschedule it.
Is there a minimum number of lessons that need to be scheduled?

No! You can schedule as many or as little as you would like. We recommend that you book your lessons for as long as you plan on having them, since our schedules fill up quickly!
Can I choose my instructor?
No, all of our instructors undergo the same rigorous training and follow the same curriculum, ensuring consistency across the board. While each instructor may have different availability and travel capabilities, your instructor will be matched with you based on mutual availability.
What do I need to bring with me/have for the lesson(s)?
We supply everything needed for the lesson, except for goggles, a swimsuit, and a towel!
My instructor is on vacation for a week. Do I have to skip that week?
If you would like to continue lessons while your instructor is unavailable, please contact Kait, and she will try to match you with a substitute! Substitutes are subject to availability.
How do you take payment?
We take payment via cash, check, or venmo! Your instructor will have a venmo code with them- although cash or check is preferred!
